Employment Services Offered

TARC Employment Services provides quality, customized employment options to serve businesses in our local community. Through the development of training worksites (enclaves), and direct hire opportunities, we currently provide unique employment solutions to over 30 businesses in the Topeka area.

Enclaves:

An enclave is a contracted training worksite, often employing multiple people, working together as a team. These sites are used for assessment and skill development, and wages are paid to the employees by TARC. The contracting business pays a monthly fee to TARC for their services, which is generally less expensive than the hiring, training, and wages of a full time employee. All insurances for enclave employees are carried by TARC. Another savings passed along to the business!

• TARC Employment Associates provide on the job coaching & mentoring, reducing overall training time for your company.
• TARC Employment Coordinators provide follow up supports to ensure the ongoing success of the employment relationship.
